Note: If you made a purchase on an Apple device, please see our guide for iOS Purchases.
If you’ve made a purchase on Android but haven't received your items yet, please hang tight! It can sometimes take a few minutes for the transaction to process and deliver to your account.
- Important: Please do not attempt to make the purchase again right away, as this may lead to duplicate charges.
How to Get Help
If you’ve been waiting some time for your purchase, we are here to help! You can contact support by emailing us directly at support@horagames.com.
To verify your purchase and credit your account, we will need proof of your official receipt showing the Transaction ID.
Here is how to find your receipt and Transaction ID:
1. Open your email app and search your inbox for "Google Play order receipt".
2. Alternatively, log in to your Google Pay account and select the order on your transactions page.
The transaction ID must be visible in the proof. It might look like this:
- GPB.123456789012345, or
- GPA.1234-5678-9012-34567
Protect Your Privacy!
Before sending any screenshots or receipts, make sure that all Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is completely cropped out or blurred. This includes your:
- Full name

My Purchase Was Canceled!
If you tried making a purchase but your order was canceled by the system, you will not be charged for that order.
However, Google Play may place a temporary "reservation" or "hold" on your credit card for the value of the purchase. Don’t sweat it! These holds are just pending checks and will clear automatically after a short period of time.
If the reservation does not clear after several days, please reach out directly to Google Play Support here.
Why Does this Happen?
Canceled purchases usually occur if your billing address and/or the name registered in your Google Pay account differs from the information on your credit card. You can straighten this out by:
1. Contacting your bank to confirm your exact billing details
2. Logging into Google Pay, selecting Payment Methods, and verifying that your information matches perfectly.
