How to Redact Your PII in Screenshots

When sending us a receipt or a screenshot from your device, please make sure no PII is visible. For purchases, all we usually need to see is the Transaction ID, the date, and the item purchased.

Here is how to hide the rest:

1. Open the screenshot/receipt in an image editing application on your device.

2. Identify the areas of the image that contain PII.

3. Blur, pixelate, or black out the PII entirely using a marker or crop tool.

4. Save the edited image and send it to us.
