How to Delete Your Account

We are sorry to see you go! If you wish to permanently remove your Hora ID and all associated data, you can do so directly within the game.

Important: Deleting your account is permanent. It will completely erase all data, including your access, game progress, levels, and any unwithdrawn earnings. You can cancel your request within 7 days by contacting [e-mail].

Deletion Steps

1. Open the game and navigate to your Profile.

2. Tap on Account Details.

3. Tap on Delete account.

4. Confirm your choice by tapping Delete.

Alternative Method (Email)

If you no longer have the app installed or cannot access your account, you can request a manual deletion by emailing [e-mail].

To speed up the process, please include your exact in-game Username and the email address linked to your Hora ID. Our support team will walk you through the rest of the process.
